Geez! What's with the animosity towards Mentiswave? I don't think he actually wants to defend Vaush in any way. Just that from his own humble but possibly wrong observation, he doesn't think Vaush is a fed.

It's fucking dumb and copium against the likely scenario with all the available evidence, so he kinda asks for it to some degree.
I'm not spewing hatred towards him as a whole, the harshness is more towards trying to paint Vaush as anything BUT a bad faith actor with all the evidence available.

@DerpyRedneck oh. I fully believe he's a bad faith actor. I think Mentis thinks so, too. Just not sure about him being a fed. And honestly, that end clip, I personally don't think that's hard enough evidence that he is a fed. It halfway sounds like sarcasm from him.

@@thedarkconservatarian6806 Openly admitting he was being a fed informant and that was the reason he did the Antifa and BLM work in the past is pretty good evidence to me, but like I always say, to each their own.

@@thedarkmasterthedarkmaster Intellectual property isn't a property right, it's an oxymoron and it's been refuted.
At best, it's a blockade from information copying, at worst, it promote oligopolies and monopolies.
Sorry, but that's the reality, everyone else who denies needs to accept it.
It's one of Lysander Spooner's mid wit moments too.

@@thedarkmasterthedarkmaster No, that's not how property rights ever worked nor will they ever work that way at all.
It's a surface level cope and a falsehood that's contradictory.
Ideas are not scarce, nor are they competed for until you establish intellectual property, which is part of how it fundamentally works.
This is why nobody owns water itself, because it's too common, BUT you can express your bodily autonomy by expressing the only legit means of establishing ownership over a piece of land next to a body of water, the only way to establish any kind of ownership is to use your control over your body to be the first to use and be the first in possession of a resource or good which John Locke established, but added muddying with the proviso and individualist anarchist liberal thinker Lysander Spooner tried to defend it, which again, was a mid wit take of his.
After that, this helps legitimize inheritance, selling, giving away, donating, bartering, and trading pieces of property after that.
Deeds are an empirical backing for these exact criteria.
Uniquenameosaurus's videos "Why Creators Shouldn't Own Their Own Creations (And Why its Good for Them too)", Stephan Kinsella's "Against Intellectual Property", and the work "Against Intellectual Monopoly" by Michele Boldrin and David K. Levine demonstrate why your counter claim will never be the case.
The biggest black pill against the notion of IP for me was the artificial cost inflation on insulin for type 1 diabetics due to patent and "copyright" holder politicians and corporate bureaucrats.
Another example is people in Africa dying from AIDS for the exact same reasons, artificial cost inflation for retroviral drugs done by the "copyright" holder politicians and corporate bureaucrats.
The reason we don't have more widespread CANDU type nuclear reactors splitting up Thorium is due to government, corporate bureaucracies, and "intellectual property" licensing on the Canadian side as well as MASSIVE regulations against nuclear all over the place and they're unnecessarily growing due to political power mongering.
Another good example of my case is the rising costs of medical equipment due to artificial scarcity inducement due to the patents, IP licensing, and excessive regulations that only benefit the politicians and corporate bureaucrats that hold onto the patent and IP holdings over the most important information to those technologies.
Most of human history had a lot of innovations without patents or IP.
IP by definition is to inhibit competition.
IP is also used to help increase collusion with political busybodies to get more benefits through statism.
Chemical Industries used IP to block the chemical business sector in conjunction with the so-called "antitrust" laws.
Many people can INDEPENDENTLY come up with the same idea, I could cite hundreds of independent patents of plasma-assisted fuel reforming for vehicles and stationary equipment for that example.
Another example would be what went down on August 10, 2005, Judge Michael B. Mukasey had ruled that there was supposedly enough similarities between David Child's design for the Freedom Tower to a 1999 architectural student's designs, that the student, Thomas Shine could sew Child for it, but that was not exactly a correct ruling or a valid attempt at justification.
IP is ABYSMALLY useless for small content creators like artists, fabricators, engineers, etc...
IP is the sole reason why Archive.org is under threat of deletion more and more nowadays, IP is socialist drivel, stop defending it, you and the rest of the planet needs to see that this is socialistic drivel and can be used to push outright criminality and infringing on other people.
Tangible, physical resources are exactly that, scarce, tangible, and easily able to be competed for.
