Another well executed, informative video. Well done 😊 👍
My ears perked right up when you began talking about Health and well being..
I bet, this health and well being coach is incredibly valuable to the team! Would you mind going further into detail on what this role entails and the outcome from it so far? Is this for the patients, staff or both?
Have you, personally, benefitted from this?
In deprived areas, their mental health and well being contributes gravely to the vast ailments we see: drink, drug & cambling related problems (leading to poverty and all kinds of diseases), sleep issues, stress...
Mental health in particular has had a HUGE stigma attached to it up until late which has now finally been lifted and the topic has been brought up for discussion on a very large scale. Now, the public needs to learn to recognise their own problems and begin to treat them. Their metal state plays the biggest part. Helping them be honest and breaking habits of a life time, welll.... that's a couple of years worth of intense investment.... there are many fails before one successfully breaks addiction (and/or depression).... more on mental health please! Especially the coaching of.
It's absolutely fabulous to hear about these news roles you've brought on board 👊 it would be interesting to hear more about how they pull everything together. Hey, here's a crazy idea (since that's what I do best): how about a couple of interviews with some of these guys?
😃 I can see from afar that you are acing this ✌ keep going!
Even those who don't comment will be taking something away from this.
Ps: Sorry I've been so quiet. I've been living under a rock for a while, keeping my outlandish ideas to myself 🤫
