We know this is the best we have sent in 20 years in Eurovision.....This song has inside our culture tradition heart spirit and everything a song need to win
Thank you for understanding and appreciating this amazing song❤ I agree with you, this is the best entry of Albania and deserves to do well but we all know how Eurovision works so we’ll see.
glad you love it as much as I do! nothing that will come will scare me in regards to competition! I see this winning, and I hope people see the translation cuz the message is insane! the lyrics are aa good as the song and interpretation
In this moment, in this instant With paranoia After the rain, the world seems like a rainbow No ambulance around No one speaks with arrogance And today they told us That the weather won’t break. I ended up underwater But my mouth never dried. Imagine a minute Without soldiers, Without orphans. No bottle in the ocean. Oil smells like lilac. Freedom of speech Is taught in schools. Create within me a pure heart. In my night, I send you the light. Aman miserere. Aman miserere. Create within me a pure heart. In my night, I send you the light. Aman miserere. Aman miserere. In my heart. In my soul. This minute will continue. The good people. The nameless ones. Dance in spirit. Jarna ne ti, my land, Where I was born, I’ll never forget. Jarna ne ti, my land, Keep shining on me. Shine, shine, shine… Fire! (Guy part) Fall upon our tribal dances, Roaring like an avalanche tumbling down mountains. Fire! The nameless and the pure, the broken ones fall Like seven knives piercing the soul. Fire! Here sleeps the sea, the sand and the moon. And we can’t see the stars because the stars are crushed underfoot. As we wander in confusion Fire! We’re hungry for flame and light And we search… in this darkness that refuses to shine Show less 4 Reply
@@Gimpo-j8q thank you for sharing, tried as well to translate to English and find the lyrics really interesting. Do someone knows more about the deeper meaning?
According to the singer, who wrote the lyrics, she is trying deliver the message of becoming a better person from inside. The song is personal to her but then she went on to opening it and making it as an invitation for everyone to try and become better so the world could be a better place.
Bro, I do not like this song as much as I loved Elvana's 'Carnaval.' That one was much better in many ways-different and so special. It was a real contender to win the Eurovision Song Contest. Anyway, what a beautiful flag in the background!
I agree that Elvana delivered a great song and performance, one that was Eurovision-worthy and could have secured a safe placement for Albania. However, I believe the song you chose has that extra something to truly stand out. And in Eurovision, standing out is everything! It is about showcasing your culture while connecting with people enough to earn their votes. When the people of Albania chose this song over Elvana Gjata, it speaks volumes about its potential in the competition. It's natural to feel disappointed about not sending your big star, but you should still be proud of the song you’re presenting next year. It's a masterpiece, just like your flag!
This year Albania made a MASTERPIECE of a song! Something special, something authentic, real, never heard before.❤
For real! Lets hope Albania keeps it authentic for the Eurovision🤞
