have you called the idea about this because we've been telling people this for years and the main point is how does a person who can't walk and cannot stand on their own get in these plastic chairs that float to go down the ramp if it's a pool for the handicapped they should be able to take their wheelchairs in the pool people wear their Dusty swim shoes into the pool after walking across the floor but they won't let someone in a wheelchair take their wheelchair in a pool this is a big big problem because if they don't have someone to lift them into a lift chair or into this plastic chair they just don't get to swim
A Disabled person should never be alone in the pool.Especially if they are paralyzed.A paralyzed person would never make it back up anyway. These ramps are always intended to be used with an attendant.Although, refining the chair isn't really a bad idea.
no lifeguard is going to let them into the plastic chair and most likely will not take down the ramp they don't want to be sued or be responsible for taking them down the ramp
swimming people people who are handicapped shouldn't have to ride in these plastic chairs so they have to have an attendant lift them out of their wheelchair into this plastic chair and then who who has clothes on is going to take them down the ramp there nurses just won't take them
this plastic chairs are dangerous in the company that makes them should be sued and all the pools that require a handicapped person to get into these plastic chair should be sued
thank you for making this video but the ada needs to make strong requirements that wheelchairs can go down the wheelchair ramp
Great vidd

Oof, I felt that right in my wheelchair.
nicely made this pool ramp
The first problem is using the wrong chair, you don't want it to float..

and the most important thing basically he is not handicapped
Wonder how it works? ADA swiming on wheelchair? Otherwise somebody has to come clean and store that ADA person's wheelchair!!
Couldn’t you of used/found a true SCI person for the second-part of demonstration? That was a make or break for this video and it "broke."

Yeah I'll just flop in, thanks
