    This is amazing, thanks so much for the advice! I was struggling a lot with the sketching stage and couldn’t find a nice flow, this helped immensely!

    My favorite sketching tool was the Colored Pencil, which they just got rid of!

      what do you mean inverted he just changes the size of the brush there and presses harder on the tablet to get that effect... literally did the same on my tablet

      I do not think the brush it gets smaller with the pen pressure, I am pretty sure this person uses the "[" and "]" to change brushes sizes.
      See how the value changes from 20 > 34 > 55
      I used the "1" and "2" for this. since is closer to my left hand. Good luck!

    Why did you chose the canvas size 256 x 256 px for the brush tip?

    The only reason I'm still not switching to clip studio paint is because of their flickering and laggy brush cursors...

    • @yal1621
      @yal1621 2 роки тому +10

      there are no flickering and laggy brush cursors, I've been using it for 3 years and I can say it's less laggy than photoshop, its probably your pc

    • @Walter5850
      @Walter5850 2 роки тому +3

      @@yal1621 A lot of people have this issue so it's not isolated to my pc. My pc is decently powerful and Photoshop is not laggy for me. I run Windows 10. What I noticed is that in brush settings if I set the cursor to "Dot" there will be no perceivable lag, however setting it to "Brush Size" introduces the flickering/disappearing cursor and it has slight lag.
      I also noticed that they don't seem to be using native windows cursor when cursor is set to this option. I know that because I set my screen capturing software to not include the windows cursor (it doesn't capture Dot, but captures the ring from Brush Size). Also if i set the cursor to "Brush size and Dot", the two will move slightly differently, with the outer ring having more lag than the dot itself.
      So there definitely are flickering and laggy brush cursors, I already discussed this on their forums where many others had the same issue and also I sent a report to their Support from which I never got a reply.

      This could be your GPU or CPU . I had a similar issue. Go to Preferences> Performance and switch the ailia "Processing unit" to something else.

    Please I want to definitely buy clip studio for my tablet and not pay every month for it, I already purchased the one for my pc, pleaaase I just can't afford to get the monthly one, make a version where I can purchase it. I'm sure a lot of people crack the program for tablet just for this reason, a lot of people would be fine by buying it one time and not have it monthly or annual, pleeeeaase don't be like adobe please! I don't want to have the cracked one I just want to buy it, and mine. I can't see the monthly one as mine this is not right that on pc it's normal purchase and on tablet it's not, you could me the android procreate and access to so much more people!

    • @Komikino
      @Komikino 3 роки тому +2

      You can buy it straight out. You can get the affordable version for $50 or $220 for the full program. They sometimes have sales. Check their site.
