It makes me cry too, its what I have been using to let go of my fear, confusion, guilt and doubt. Its such a simple yet profound process, it took me a long time to even take the first step towards forgiving myself and loving myself and its a continual work in progress. I just searched "Lucifer meditation" as I had been looking for something like this is how I found Nicks channel. My thanks also!

How I need to sit right to be able to bring attention to my third eye? I mean how I need to raise my head
You don’t have to sit or raise your head in any particular way just thinking about the area between your eyebrows. Concentrate there.
