i've been thinking for a long time about this; you never see the abrams or challengers or cv90 on the frontlines exept very rarely. that means the ukrainians have been training and building mechanized units for a very long time. letting the r*ssians get stuck in a meaningless frontline while ukrainians are biding their time.

JUST TO ADD, I was recently at a rehabilitation center her in Norway and I met several patients from the Ukraine. They were soldiers that had been wounded, sent to the west and were taking the time it took to return to their homeland. All were going to return to active duty.I applaud these brave people and may each one of us stand shoulder to shoulder with them....

American soldiers are also as young as 18 years old. But they are well trained and well taken care of. As a US veteran who volunteered, I can sympathize with these Russians if they are in the Russian army against their will. I have no sympathy for them at all if they signed up. If they purposely enlisted to serve the evil objectives of Putin and Russia, they are entirely accountable for the consequences of their own situation.
So as someone volunteered to protect their country , you find it despicable that someone from another country would do that exact same thing...
They are border guards. Would anyone expect Russia to have their elite just sitting in the border and behind their own territory? This is a publicity stunt and unsustainable by the Ukrainian forces.
They are always in Russian army because of their will. They want it. They all chosen it. All of them had a chance to say no and go to jail. Or join Ukrainian Russian legion to fight against Adolf Putler.

No one is going to speak on a Nuclear power plant being hit though. I pray that civilians are not in the surrounding areas. Radiation exposure harms and causes health problems including deaths, even years long afterwards. I'm a PROUD Russian American and I hold no hate for Ukranians. I'm praying for both sides. No one wins in war except the leaders.
