omg!! i love her workouts so much. they always get me sweating but not super uncomfortable and winded, and the cool down afterwards is perfection. i’ve been working out for almost four weeks now and i’m definitely seeing some results. i’ve been eating healthier as well, and really tuning in to what makes me feel good. i’ve never felt better, more grateful and at peace and YES I STILL HAVE POINTS OF WEAKNESS because nobody is perfect, but i’m doing better. thank you anna!!

Hi, I am really a big fan of your workouts and use them almost daily, BUT honestly, 3 mid roll Ads in-between a single session is just too much and really annoying. I understand the need to earn money but please think about reducing this to an acceptable level. Would be just great. Thank you

Yes! The advertisements are bit absurd as they come mid- exercise between the 40sec. I do Chloe ting also. Atleast her advertisement come when she gives a break. But ad during 40 sec does not make any sense. Very disappointed. I might have to stick to Chloe Ting.

To say that was amazing somehow doesn't seem enough to do it justice. I managed to use 10kg dumbbells until about 85% of the way and then had to drop back to 5kg's. Superb thanks Anna 🙂
