haha I definitely faced the beast within. It felt like being drawn into a wormhole, where I had to choice but to surrender to the journey. I dove deep into my abandonment wound and most painful trauma, reliving it with my partner by my side. It pushed us to the brink of separation, as it was difficult for him to witness my struggle. it was such a purgatory lol. Cried, suffered for almost 2 weeks non-stop, every day. However, last Sunday, I finally released the last bits and felt a sense of closure on this intense phase. Phew. Now, I feel like I'm entering a period of integration, focusing on being even more stable in my full wholeness and sovereignty
I had stuffed the difficult feelings my inner child had gone through, facing what seemed at the time, an unending cycle of hell on repeat. I had no idea I had stored that feeling and that memory in my body. This new moon floored me. All I could do was lay on the couch and cry. It was the worst feeling I’d ever felt and it humbled me so much as that feeling was released from the root and the sacral, up to my conscious to be acknowledged. I sat back, shut up and listened to my inner child. I had no idea that I started running from life and the world and myself from 18 and all through my 20s.
