The Irwin Sailboat DIY Restoration Project WEEK 21 The Motor Part 2 (Ep. 45)

We got the Ford Lehman Motor back from the machine shop and are starting the rebuild! We had it bored out and the bearings and shafts are all sized and ready for replacement. This 80 horse power inline 4 stroke diesel is going to be perfect for our sailboat!

YOU SHOULD SOAK THE FIBER PACKING REARMAIN SEAL IN OIL FOR A WEEK, IF INSALL DRY YULL BURN IT UP .
