How to find someone new in my and not my ex either
So, "therapy" is only for the rich, and talking about issues isn't helping when you have no way of actually solving the problem. Low income folks don't have access to therapy, and the therapists that take medicaid are so rare, it takes hours to drive to see one, and most are disinterested because they don't feel like they should help the less fortunate. Plus, low income people have no time to drive hours to a therapist because they're working. "Better Help" wants $200/week for low income. (I priced it out). I have no one, and someone I thought was a "friend" betrayed me...What's a therapist going to do about it? The therapist won't be able to make that person realize their mistakes.
I think you're spot on tho, and agree, but the technicalities of "getting help" in America don't work for those who are not rich, and finding good/trustworthy people is impossible considering working hours versus distances and no public transit as in high speed trains.
Have you tried looking through Psychology Today and focused on evidence based (not talk therapy) like EMDR or CBT? You can select your insurance and filter through there+they have telhealth

I love the messages that she gives, and I feel like she has a good connection to the taro. However, with that being said, I kind of feel like she’s not being as raw or as real as she should be with the tarot, because I resonated a lot with some of the things that she was saying, but unfortunately, she was just trying to be too nice about it and sometimes we need to hear those hard truths. Even if they suck we need to hear the reality of the situation so we can find a way through it and fix it.
