Favorite part of those boots was the back zipper; nice surprise! First thought i had was to see them with a 3/4 length skirt, something that can be casual or formal. But, that's my opinion As for the choices you gave, the blazer with the Dooney & Burke bag (mixing #1 with #2). In a previous video you mentioned about Walmart; and it used to be a great place for affordable clothes; but that's changed. Their prices have gone up, and found it better to thrift. Sometimes some quality foods can be found. In my area, they often suggest flea markets........
