What you are saying is so true,the rejections are just too much but for me most of the rejections I got from resorts in Maldives,that when I decided to focus on cruise ship and I was so blessed to get two offers one with Silversea and another one with Ritz Carlton,so am here to tell you don’t give up but always keep God first as you apply pray,before doing an interview pray,prayer works! Hey,....No...stick to the job you indicated on your cruise application, coz its what will be on your LOE...( note, your current job should relate to the job you are going to do as per your visa application ) unless you have a really good explanation as to the change of career.
I've done my pre screening interview with kouzon and the lady said she'll give me junior waitress position and asked to to email some documents they needed I i was excited its been over a month now still waiting for the next step i wonder how long it takes for them to get back to me

The Cruise ship hiring process requires a lot of patience : with the interview , the onboarding and the assignment too..Time taken in each stages varies from person to person depending on various factors ie. business needs, upcoming projects , number of total candidates in waiting or going for their rotation/ break etc. It shall be well, hang in there😊

Same here..went to Lilian for kouzon's recruitment and was assigned junior waitress..it's been many months now..still waiting but almost given up.
