Ill be honest, this video kind of sucks. After watching this im honestly more confused than i was before. Like, what are you quitting exactly? The video title implies that youre just quitting youtube, and the video heavily hints at that, but at the end of the vid youre talking about people "sticking around for your new content" So... are you just not making vr stuff anymore? If thats the case, annoucing it like this is just a bad idea. The title and the first like 3 minutes make it seem like youre just quitting youtube entirely, which means that theres probably going to be a sizeable amount of people that just see this on their homepage, watch the first 2 minutes, assume your quitting, unsubscribe and then just leave. If youre just switching what content you make this kind of seems unnecessarily dramatic. Like, why the sad music? Isnt this supposed to be a good thing? Like, im assuming youre switching up what you make because you actually want to, shouldnt that be something you celebrate? This just seems kind of forced, like you wanted to make a cool emotional montage and then came up with a reason to do that. Noones forcing you to no longer make vr stuff. Theres no reason to have this big, epic montage when all youre doing is just... deciding to make videos about something different because you felt like it. This could have just been 20 seconds of you going "hey guys, i wanna stop doing vr stuff now" and it would have been significantly less confusing. Disregard this message if youre actually quitting youtube and not just pivoting away from vr. Make the dramatic montage if you feel like it, but please actually make it clear what the video is about. I still have no clue what youre doing. If i had to guess, id say youre _probably_ just going to post on a different channel now or something, but i dont know. Maybe this is just a video about quitting youtube entirely? I honestly have no clue what the message is supposed to be.

With all due respect, I have explained what’s happening several times, namely in my “quitting” video. I made sure to clearly explain within the first minute of that video that I am moving away from VR content, that I would be uploading a final video today, and that after this I would be making a new, non-vr series called Dorainn Cares. This is the new content I mentioned at the end of this video. I also reiterated this several times in community tab posts. I understand that not everyone can or wants to watch every video and read every community tab post, and that’s okay, but I’ve done my due diligence to make sure what’s happening is easy to understand. Reiterating this point in every subsequent video would just be counter productive and go against what I wanted to do. As for why the video is dramatic and has sad music, this video is inspired by FaZe Jev’s 1 million subscribers montage. He’s a UA-camr that I grew up watching and am ceaselessly inspired by. He used another song by the same artist, and I once used this particular song in a video I made when I was a little kid. I felt that using this song would be a kind of “full circle” moment for me. Also, the past 4 years of this channel have been a wild ride for me. I used this channel to help me cope with mental and physical battles I was having. I have also been very personal about these struggles in the past. For this reason, moving beyond VR content has genuinely been an emotional time for me because I’m leaving something that helped me through so much behind, and moving forward into an uncertain future. Sorry that it’s been confusing for you, I hope this helps.
The real reason i stayed and stuck around was becuase of the sheer QUALITY of your productions good sir. Hell i feel ya. VR dont hit the same as before. But these videos you produce are INCREDIBLE almost pieces of art that i just love the look of. As long as you can still produce these masterpieces i aint going anywhere.
