Hello! Thank you for this video. I have a question. I have 2 forms filled out by the same client, one is a personal info form that is used to create a new record with the info submitted. Another form is a business information form but I do not want it to create a new record, instead I want it to updated the record created by the personal form and have that record be updated with the new information submitted in the second form. How do I do this?
Hi! What if in there is no option for "+ Add a field to this table"? Does it means my airtable account do not have the authority to edit or do I have to go to specific edit mode if there any? Thank you.
Great question! It means your account is an “editor” instead of a “creator” . You should still be able to create your own base and have full control there, but if you’re shared to a base, it’s possible you just don’t have permissions to add new fields.
Do you know anything about the upgraded form building experience. Each time I select it, I edit the form but I don't see it in my table and have no idea how to access it. Any thoughts?
Thanks for the Q! Forms are starting to be treated differently than the other Data Views. There’s more of an emphasis on Interfaces (which might not be what you want, if you want your form to be publicly accessible on the web- share with clients/external people from your org). Happy automating! We’ll likely make a video about these updates in the near future. There’s a few other form/interface updates on the way too!

You’ll need to use mini-extensions or build them an Airtable interface to edit an existing record.

How did you create this list that appears under 'Location'?
Just manually added them to a multi-select field.
