When aircraft carriers didnt need a shipyard 2 early game japan was next level op
Tbf carriers now are really weak in comparison to before since they have a lot more counters and they don't do much damage when you have anti-air protecting your units

You can use aircraft or navy to chip away their artilleries
Use fire on fire sometimes work well too
Or simply use soviet union tactics (you know what I mean)
@@nguyenkhoianh1859 both aircraft and navy was countered by artillery man. Also I meant an inland artillery that even AC can't reach and artillery counters Aircrafts.
Nah, brute forcing won't work. The troops will be grinded by the artillery

Erm, actually, japan didn’t have much resources to make tanks
They did make tanks, just not to any high degree but they were fit for fighting against their common enemies who did not have powerful counters in the area such as China mainly being an infantry nation.

no retreat would not affect gameplay right
It heavily does since retreat is a huge part of this game, like retreating to concentrate before you advance so you can maximize your chances of destroying the enemy advance. And also because of artillery and trench warfare, it's good to give the opponent ground when you need to concentrate.

It's quite simple actually... destroyers beat submarines, submarines beat battleships, battleships beat destroyers
