Love the video Dido. Is there any way you can figure out how to lower the brightness or find a dark version of these tests? I love your ASMR but i feel like these type of vids are so bright and I cant get sleepy while watching the screen.
I saw a post saying that you are more likely to recall information if it’s learnt before bed. I don’t know if this is true, but I need all the help I can get! I listen to Asmr every night anyways, so I thought I’d give this a try. I’m glad I did! Thankyou very much for the video! Very relaxing. I like!!! ❤
