This is the best tutorial I have found that uses packages updated for R3.6.3 and RStudio 2022.07.0 Build 548, which I am using on MacOS Catalina. I got everything to work with my dataset. The many other tutorials I viewed were older and used packages no longer available for R3.6.3, which made it very difficult to learn. I am an absolute beginner in R and RStudio. This tutorial was clear and concise, and I thank the presenter ... you are great!!!
Thanks so much! I'm a cero-experienced R user but this video and the "Handling missing values in PCA" instructed me a lot!! One more question: I need PCA to conduct a different analysis (the most important for my research actually). I have done PCA in Stata and the individual scores (loadings?) are what I used for my consecutive analysis... in our case, what should I use? coord, contrib, or cos2? or is it necessary to predict the loadings using a different command?

Thank you!
Super useful!
The command:
> res
The window for the graph is too small. You must enlarge the window (in Rstudio)

Excellent video...found the data set.

How the repeated measures from the same individual being account for in the analysis? or just use mean from the two events before performing the PCA?
Pourquoi la première ligne du code n'est pas entière, on ne voit pas l'enchainement de la fonction read.table et header. Mal expliqué quand on débute.

Hi!
If my data is not centered, do I need to center it?
I don't think you need to, FactoMineR scales your data by default
Zis englrish accent is very VERY tough. Still thanks for being one of the few videos on this topic.
Thank u for saving 2 hours of wasted time xD
Salut. Est-ce que ce serait possible d'avoir une copie du code? Merci.
super super
"The following variables are not quantitative:"
Check that the data are well read. Use summary on the dataset to check that variables are quantitative or categorical as you want.
Her English accent is like french-i couldnt understand much
Subtitles are available
I love her accent personally
