I had similar route today but instead of going towards Östra, we drove towards Sävedalen instead. Thanks for your effort you helped many (including me) on clearing their practical test.

Good question. If you make a right turn at 17:18, the traffic light applies to you. If you see the this traffic light on google map, there is a Stop line right before the traffic light, so you will have to stop before the stop line if you are turning to the right and the traffic light is Red. Think it like this, if the traffic light is Red, that means there is a pedestrian that is crossing the road, and the traffic light is protecting the pedestrian, so you will have to stop before the traffic light even if you are turning from the hospital side.
