NA/EU is in a weird spot until July when T4 launches. Then we will find out if there are transfers for any of the honing items and the final honing buffs are set in stone.
Also, the advanced honing situation will finally clear up (how it transfers to T4).
Then we will see the market react and two months before T4.

T4 launches in September. July is when we get solo raids, T3 support stuff to help get us to T4, among other things.
