    Just had this treatment tonight. It is LOUD (wear earbuds or LOOP buds). It feels HOT. I would say 6/10.. some spots 9/10. It's quite uncomfortable, but it's quick. Using numbing cream next time. I'm late 40s and have had plenty of lasers. This is up there on the pain scale for me.

      Thanks for sharing :)
      I'm so used to it now I'll have the 6th treatment this month and I don't feel as much pain the last time. My therapist also told me it's a new machine so it's less painful.

    Hello! What does no downtime mean?
    Will the Beauty of Joseon glow serum and mugwort sunstick as well as the garnier micellar water be ok as aftercare? I am nervous. I'm getting my first session next week.🙈

    • @CharisseDaily
      @CharisseDaily  Місяць тому

      "No downtime" means that a treatment requires little to no healing time and you can return to your normal activities immediately.
      Iny case I juat avoid hot showers, sauna, anything that includes heat for 24-48hrs.
      In terms of aftercare just concentrate on hydrating products & avoid actives for a week😊 I love hollywood peels. It can be addicting.

    I just got mine done yesterday,and today i woke up with small white bumps on the face..is it normal??

    • @CharisseDaily
      @CharisseDaily  9 місяців тому +5

      hey hon i had bumps the first time too! I researched about it and they said "Those bumps are frequently due to the skin glands being over stimulated by the laser which causes localized irritation and inflammation. The bumps look like milia or white heads. the bumps usually resolve themselves in a few days." Which is true I just made sure to put on products good for the skin barrier!

      Before going in make sure you prep your skin days prior and use good skin barrier skincare products. And use it after doing the treatment as well. I find that when I did this I healed better 🥰

    please help! i want to try the makeup forever velvet matte powder and people say that you can only use it with water based primer and not silicone?? is that true?? also, which primers work best with it?? (i have oily skin and get really shiny so i'm trying to find something to stay more matte) thank you!

    • @CharisseDaily
      @CharisseDaily  11 місяців тому

      I have oily skin and I don't usually use a primer when I'm using the MUFE powder. It is silicone based that's true so it works with silicone primer. You can use Make Up Forever Step 1 Primer Pore Minimizer with it. The MUFE mattifying primer is good too but it's very tricky to use! Hope this helps!
