How many hours do u currently have and did you have any issues with getting the plane insured? Amazing airplane!
Thanks for the comment! It is a wonderful aircraft to fly. I didn't have any issues at all with insurance when I bought, but I did get it set up well in advance of purchasing to make sure it was in place before the deal was signed. I'm also in Canada which may or may not change the difficulty of securing good coverage.
mind sharing how tall are you and pants inseam? curious if i even fit in my dream plane lol. i'm 6'1 32inch leg inseam slender
I think you'd probably fit just fine. I'm 6'1", 32" inseam as well, and no issues. I have relatively thick seat cushions as well, and if it became an issue I could reduce those a few inches. It's a wide cabin and I have more than enough leg room.

What’s the average price for this aircraft? Average.
I'd guess they would be about 210K USD given the trends I've seen. Might have been a bit less (average) when I picked up. I just looked on trade-a-plane and there were none listed, only one on controller.com ($218K USD) so price may be higher now with so little supply.
@@PiInTheSky Just out of curiosity, how much does a kit cost? Does it come with an engine or would someone need to buy an engine?
@@twistedyogert Not sure. I don't think the kits are being produced anymore so that will affect supply. And yes, the kit generally did not include the engine. Builders have a choice in how they equip their aircraft including the engine.
@@twistedyogert Good question - maybe one of my viewers can answer that. I did not build mine from a kit so do not know the cost of building. As I understand it it is much more expensive than buying after construction. You buy a kit because you love the build. And yes, you would need to buy everything besides the basic carbon fiber structure, including engine and avionics.
