I worked construction with a few guys that were on a job in New York that Donald Trump owned. This was back when Obama got elected. They told me that DT should run for president because he knows business and knows how to treat people. They said that he would show up on the job site, wearing a hard hat and work boots and talk to all of the workers to get their opinions. That says a lot about him.

I am definitely not going to give him a pat on the back for doing something he's supposed to be doing as an owner when you hire a construction company to do something for you. He should put on a hard hat and construction steel toe boots and come and speak to the workers at least once a week to see how everything is going.

I know of a female that worked the high roller table at his casino. She transferred casinos once he closed the one he owned. Her parents were my mothers best friend since high school till 90 yrs old. She loved working for Trump he was kind, respectful and said he was very good to his employees. He did not just hire white or black he was not racist.

I worked for president Trump at the Trump towers in Columbus circle in New York right across from the Time Warner building, and I can tell you l never once experienced any form of racism from Trump or his children. And just like this lady said he will talk to everyone front and back of house sometime even make a joke to get people laughing. The person l did encounter who was an asshole was Ben Affleck.

There are SO MANY personal stories I’ve heard online about how welcoming, engaging, pleasant and funny Trump is. And you can just see it when watching footage of him interacting with people outside of politics. I wish people on the left could see some of this.

I believe she is on the money. I've had to step away from the negative talk and noisy rhetoric. I remember and recall how loved, admired and respected Trump was before he ran for office.
I went to Trump Tower with a group of friends and talked to various workers throughout the building, they all had nothing but nice things to say about him and he's just like a regular relatable guy.

Democrats have thrived, for a very long time, in sensationalizing things, that garner an emotional response from voters. Luckily, channels like yours presentation information that counters the news that follow the “bleeds, it leads” format. You’ve got a friend here in MN. Take care, brother.
Here’s the thing: there are actually several videos of him online doing exactly what she’s describing. So regardless of whether he’s doing it for show or to boost his own ego, the fact that he’s doing it serves as an example for any organization or government, for that matter, to always set aside time to acknowledge the efforts of the people on the ground who keep things running. They are the lifeblood of anything great.
The problem with other candidates who may come from lesser means is that they’ve never built anything. Instead, they’ve spent more time excelling by either becoming full-time sycophants or carrying out the treacherously deceitful deeds of their puppet masters. Trump obviously isn’t perfect, but I think he understands that there is no legacy or unified strength without collective goals being pursued. And although you’ll never solve all problems, you should always attempt to strike the best deal you can with people in the moment.

I used to worked for the Trump Organization, I am hispanic and I was a concierge agent at one his residential buildings. The only management company that use to defend their staff against rude rich millionaries was the Trump Organization. By the way, many hispanics had very high positions within the Trump Org. The Trump Org. use to really lookout for the well being of his company’s employees.

I had a boss exactly like this years ago and I have never ever forgotten her. Even after I no longer worked there she would call me and as how I was. That woman was so busy she owned 10 separate companies, and how she ever had the time to do everything that she did was absolutely mind boggling. She made every person in the room feel like they were the only one there and the most important. These little things turn into very big things and they mean the world to employees.

People need to vote not just for but vote for people all the way to state, county, city and school boards who value ethics and truth. If Trump gets elected will have a hard time if democrats control the House and Senate.
