I bought all of the items but to no fault of yours I was very disappointed in the Ice Breaker. I was looking forward to see the blue effects but the moment I lit it I took one step back and it exploded. The two internal tubes shot out in two different directions and the outside casing ripped apart into a ton of different pieces. Luckily no one was hurt but it sounded like a bomb went off.
I’m sorry about that! I would take that up with TNT, maybe they can refund you for it? 🤔
@@polarbearpyrotechnics unfortunately the stand I purchased from did not give me a receipt and TNT requires that for a proof of purchase. Or a completed label with a barcode and considering the firework exploded into a bunch of tiny pieces I don't have that. 😅 Luckily it was only $10. I just hope no one else has this issue.
