Ind didn't win the WT20 for 17 years coz Ind never prioritized t20 format for the longest time. Ind plays too many test matches and majority resource is allocated for Test format. WT20 2024 is the first t20 world cup where there was detailed planning for the whole tournament. Maybe if Ind had won the WC 2023 & WTC 2023 last year, the team wouldn't have shown so much passion and intensity for this tournament ever.
