INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
5-6 green chillies
¼ cup oil
6-7 cloves
6-7 green cardamoms
½ tsp black peppercorns
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 black cardamom
small piece of cinnamon
½ mace
1 star anise
2-3 bay leaves
1 sliced onion
2-3 green chillies
800g Chicken
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
150g yogurt
1 tsp Salt
500g soaked basmati rice
2 tsp Salt
1 litre water
some fried onions
orange food colour
1 tsp kewra water (optional)
