I highly recommend the Revelatorium, it teaches many many things about how things really work.
Including how to deal with negative thoughts, one method is to think "get thee behind me lesser thought". Or "a Christ being would not think like that" or something similar.
It's like programming yourself, but you've already been programmed to do the inverse of what's whole sound and perfect 😊.
