The United States never sends cash to other nations for war. We send weapons vouchers for specific weapons. Those vouchers are spent right back into the US. We could argue that those vouchers are a way to shuffle taxpayers money into the private sector to the American weapons manufacturers. That would be a valid argument. NATO is supporting the war efforts of Ukraine. Russia, China, North Korea Are not in NATO. It seems you dont understand how the alliance works. Ukraine is also no in NATO which is why there are no NATO Troops In Ukraine. The concept among NATO members is that an attack on one is an Attack on all. NATO has no Mandate to get involved in Wars in Asia or Africa or the Middle East. Individual countries who are NATO Members like the US, Often start wars in these regions, but it is not NATO.
