man that ex frlg zard next to legendaries collection looks so good, i love how a lot of the ex cards took inspiration from the original holo rares in illustration and attacks, you can see it with stuff like blastoise ex and lugia ex too

Dark Magneton in PSA 10 is easily a $500 card! One of the hardest to grade in the set by far.

God I still remember when Team Rocket were three bucks a pack. Stores actually had surpluses of them because base set and jungle and fossil sold faster than rocket at the time

The scary thing is that even if the packs were weighed after they came in the mail, the fact that the Charizard was in the pack at the bottom is stupid lucky.
The pokemon back then had such low hp, 50hp dark jolteon and flareon? bruh most of the base mons had 40hp, pretty crazy.
Low HP and risky/unreliable attacks were characteristics of the dark pokemon. If you look at their levels, they are low as if they were forced to evolve early. It was the same with the darks in Neo Destiny.

Take a closer look at the Magneton, it is hard to grade and has a very low POP. Last PSA10 copy sold for 455 USD... To compare, the last Dark Charizard PSA10 sold for 540 USD. Awesome pulls!!

After watching this video, I remember that I had the same Charizard from when I was a kid. I looked for it in my boxes and found it, it's the exact same holographic and everything but mine was in a box for like ten years and isn't near as nice anymore as the one rhyme got

Hey Rhyme, you should try opening Magic packs. Maybe not the super old ones, but there's plenty of gems in some older sets.
My first 2 packs of Team Rocket when it came out were on my birthday and were complete fire. My mom bought me a pack from walmart and I pulled Dark Raichu. I was given some money and took my friends to the ice cream shop in town, who also sold pokemon cards(for like $14 a pack) I picked up a single pack of team rocket from there and got Here Come Team Rocket holo.
I've never been pumped like that for a crazy pull!! I jumped off the couch wirh excitement lol that's crazy

I remember pulling this card back in the days & i loved it. Sadly gave it away to some nephews & ive regretted ever since
I gave plenty of cards away as well. I later realized it's not the same, because they'll never have nostalgia like pulling cards. I find it better to buy packs for nephews or anyone for that matter as a gift. This way they'll create their own memories pulling rare cards. They're exceptions of course...
I always loved how weak the dark pokemon were. I thought it was a great way to show that without love, pokemon were much weaker.

very nice you going to open yugioh rising rampage packs? the prismatic rates are like $400. only came out a week only 4 of them in a set. They only appear in 1st edition very crazy prices.
Yo that is insane. All 3 sets of packs were fire as fuck. Zand G hooks it up I bought just 2 of base set packs and pulled a Charizard and Blastoise. Ill never get that lucky again.
