- يتفاعل جوان يوسف، وقد ولد في سوريا ونشأ في السويد ويقيم في لندن، مع موضوعات الهوية باستمرار في فنه. يصف جوان نفسه بأنه مهاجر عالمي فهو مهاجر في كل بلد عاش به، ويتناول فنه - الذي يركز في معظمه على الفئات المهمشة ويستلهم منها - موضوعي الهوية والانتماء، ويضع جوان سردية وصيغة جديدة للقصص والصور التي يُطلَب منا تصديقها مستمدًا إلهامه من عوالمه الداخلية والخارجية ومن تجاربه بصفته شخصًا كويريًا ومن حبه لزوجه وأطفاله.
Born in Syria, raised in Sweden, and based in London, Jwan Yosef is constantly engaging themes of identity through his art. He describes himself as an immigrant of the world, an immigrant in every country he’s lived in. His art, which is mostly based on and inspired by marginalized groups, tackles themes of identity and belonging. Drawing inspiration from his external and internal worlds, Jwan retells and reframes stories and images we are told to believe, and draws inspiration from his experiences as a queer person and love for his husband and children.

Allah won't forgive you for as being first of all a syrian guy which is a muslim country and secondly you might have changed your religion (i may wrong) but it is certainly truth that you are in a bad relationship. 😢

@@jad2290 we believe that you should look it at from the opposite angle; unfortunately, we must say there's a very common and limited way of looking at gender expression and what it means, toxic masculinity is something we should all fight not conform with, living by societal rules of what it thinks of masculinity vs femininity is toxic to everybody, it all comes down to how we look at women and femininity, it's very patriarchal, it's dangerous.
