We stayed at the Aruba section, similar to yourself and never used the buses at CB. Because we were so close to the riviera, we got the bus from there as it’s only one stop instead of 5 so we wouldn’t be wasting time. The skyliner is one of my favourites mainly because my 2 year old loved it. She would say “where’d it go” and “there it is” every time a gondola passes by the window.
@@PlainJane144 it might not be ideal for some but we didn’t mind it. Especially at night when the riviera bus was there and the CBR one wasn’t. It was only like a 5-10 minute walk from riviera to our room
are you able to vist other resorts even though you are staying a different disney resort? like visiting disney all star movie resort if I am staying in disney caribean beach resort? Not to use any pools of the other resort's pools, I will just want to take pictures or eat in other resorts..
Great question. You absolutely can visit any of the resorts, but you will need to take Disney Transportation to get there or have a dining reservation if you want to drive yourself/rideshare.
@@2foolishmortals do they stop at the same stops? Does the bus say so you do not get on the wrong one? What stop if first to go to MK (the other ones Should I take it if the MK bus keeps passing me or is that a thing?
The Internal Bus stops at the same stops [which is true for all WDW Resort Hotels that have an Internal Bus] and will display that it is an Internal bus right on the but itself; just like any other bus going to any other location. The Internal Bus will only take you around the resort. It's not going to help you get to any of the resorts. Now, as far as the bus passing by your stop. That's not going to happen unless it's a particularly busy day [usually during peak season at peak times] and the bus is already full. In that case, another bus should be around shortly.
I'm planning on staying at a hotel within walking distance of this one... can we walk over and use the busses/skyline. Or do we have to be staying at that resort?
With the exception of Disney's Riviera Resort, there are no hotels within walking distance of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. [Disney or otherwise.] That said, anyone can use Disney Transportation to get around the Walt Disney World Resort; even if you are not staying at a resort.
@@shalastevens3351 By way of the crow, yes, but there are absolutely obstructions. You will not be able to walk from any of those resorts in that area to Caribbean Beach.

How much time are you really shaving off by doing this?

Thank you for the great information.
Glad it was helpful!

Can the bus transportation at the Carribean be trusted to get you to MK for early entry on time?
If you get to the bus stop early, there's no reason that it shouldn't.
@@2foolishmortals thank you 😀
is the internal bus a different one than the one that goes to MK
Yes. The internal bus is different. It is a separate bus that only runs within Caribbean Beach to get guests around the resort itself.

@@2foolishmortals there is a Wyndham resort that Google says is .2 miles and takes 5 minutes to walk. I wonder if there is an obstruction. 🤔
