I too have Mg Hector Sharp Hybrid Petrol Manual....Love to drive it....bought it keeping in mind comfort of my grandparents....ek dum spacious, jabardast legroom...best for city and highway commute
Yes best for supporting CHINESE government. As you drive a CHINESE car, MG IS OWNED BY SAIC(Shanghai automotive industry corporation) which is completely Chinese government owned company. So kudos to you and your grandparents for supporting CHINESE companies.
@@heheguysharme9701 Do you remember Chevrolet Captiva was once sold in India as premium SUV (now discontinued)....MG Hector is sold as Chevrolet Captiva in USA....Also I love MG because even though it is owned by Chinese company, they chose to invest over 3200Cr (4500Cr in total is planned) in India to manufacture it here rather than import from China and choose MSME's of India for its components manufacture....basically major chunk of our money remain in India....unlike other companies who choose to import or setup only assembly plants....same like Samsung, Hyundai, Suzuki, Volkswagen, Skoda and a few more.....so it is purely business....better products, better service, better business model instils competition.
Ban on Chinese products was meant for imported products that hamper the sale on indigenous products, as those companies are backed by the Chinese Govt., they undercut the regional market players and incur losses for years and then capture market.
To become a global economy we have to invite investor to make in india, export more that import stuff and work on our logistics (all 3 the current govt is progressing towards).
So get our head out of the hole and look how the world works.

@@heheguysharme9701 Brother All I am saying is that the world is a Global Economy now....We can't isolate a country....the perception matters a lot....Hollywood has always shown USA as the mightiest, Europe is all forums represents itself as righteous, China lured the investor via its sweat shops....all these have painted a picture in our heads that except India everyone is cool........But now India is emerging an taking its place in the market....if we don't show support for genuinely good products, the companies would hesitate to invest in India be it local or international.
You remember what happened to Tata plant (for Nano) in West Bengal right? After protests, they had to shift an entirely ready-to-work plant from West Bengal to Gujarat. Do you think this behavior would attract investments?
Now that we are getting some, don't act stupid. Atleast we are not like middle east who ban all the stuff based on true religious statements (not speculative).
And just an insight, Chinese companies are major share holders in all top gaming companies, are heavily invested in hollywood, are debt trapping developing nations, are building infrastructure across the world....meaning Some good deeds some bad. USA, though support WHO, UN etc. caused turmoil in Middle East, Broke USSR, wouldn't allow India to become super power. Europe, though only have service sector based economy, caused upheaval in African nations over oil expeditions, boast about being Carbon neutral but is ready to jump at the coal wagon as an alternative due to Ukraine-Russia war (which could have been avoided easily by not selling the fake NATO dream to Ukraine, they didn't even needed it......US needed NATO base in Ukraine as a sword over Russia, hence it retaliated) as the winter is approaching.

MG ko Aap Jaise Grahak ko Promote karna Chahiye. Gaadi ki Marketing karne ki jarurat hi nahi. Agar Aise Gaadi chalane ke baad bhi itni sahi gaadi hai to bhaut hi badhiya.
Maintenance ki calc. smjh nahi aayi.
Total service: 14 × 10,000 = 140000
Tire change: 3×50000=150000
Clutch plate change: 1×30000 (approx): 30000
Total: 32000
Baaki approx. 9 lakh kis cheez mei lge?
His calculation is only for Diesel cost for 205000 kms driven with 18 kms per litre as average. Apart from that, you can add the service cost and other things as you have already calculated it comes to somewhere around 14 - 15 lakhs in 3 years.
