材料:半个黄梨、一个去籽辣椒、三瓣蒜、400克浸泡好的猪皮、200毫升清水、1茶勺盐、1勺白糖、1勺酸梅酱、2勺番茄酱
1)把黄梨&辣椒切块,蒜切末
2)热锅热油,爆香蒜末黄梨,倒入猪皮炒香,加入200毫升清水
3)加1茶勺盐、1勺白糖、1勺酸梅酱、2勺番茄酱&切好的辣椒
4)盖上盖子焖煮至收汁即可食用❤️

1) Cut pineapple & chili into cubes, mince garlic

3) Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of sour plum sauce, 2 spoons of tomato sauce & red pepper
4) Cover the lid and simmer until the sauce is reduced and ready to eat❤️

個人覺得用三色燈籠椒各四分一個,視覺上會比用辣椒一個更好看,而且會更適合不能吃辣的人。
另外,加點泰式雞醬可以帶出酸辣甜的效果,而黃梨配上酸子薑,又是另一個絕配,版主不妨試試看。
