You may say Jai 'Anything' but the speaker rebuked Shashi Tharoor was because the phrase "Jai Samvidhan" added value and scored huge brownie points for the INDIA bloc. This could have irritated the hopeless speaker Om Birla. Next time we all must just call the man 'Birla' and omit the 'Om' from his name. That would serve him right.
