Stefan and Caroline deserved better. They were so gentle, they respected decisions of each other. They were so fucking in love and deserved to live together forever
I am sure that Elena would not have agreed with Damon if he had to sacrify himself because Delena was a somewhat selfish love, while Steroline was a love of complicity and that is why Caroline accepted the death of her own husband and made sure that He knew she supported him

How are there still people who love Stelena? There is Elena, who destroys Stefan's heart to pieces, falls in love with his brother when he gave himself into slavery for Damon. And there is Caroline , who was with him in all difficult moments , always supported him , made him laugh . I don't understand how you can love Stelena. But I'm not judging you
I was a stelena shipper and a klaroline shipper. In a parallel universe they'd all be together, Elena would not have become a vampire, Stefan and Elena would have never broken up, Stefan would have become human eventually... and they'd have the happy ending. I don't care much for Damon.
But then Delena happened and I was so furious. Even the platonic Steroline worked like a balm for the Delena anger. And it wasn't the work of a moment. Like Stefan, I gradually fell for Steroline and I'm so heartbroken that they didn't get their happy ending. No one was more deserving of Stefan than Caroline and this video is a reminder of all those beautiful moments between them...
I'll watch this video again and again, to help me heal. thank you for making it.

I ship Klaroline but I loved how Stefan and Caroline helped each other and at the end Caroline accepted that her husband was going to sacrifice himself and understood what it meant to Stefan. TBH I liked them as friends more but the last few episodes of S8 got me

Stefan and Caroline were one of the best couple this show ever created. The evolution of their love story is what real relationships should be. Even though I am a KlaRoline shipper I did like Steroline too. Their love story just seem more real and more realistic. In real life sometimes we really do fall for the person you least expected. And their relationship progress slowly. They started off as a mere acquaintance (through Elena) and then to friends (w/ Stefan helping Caroline) and then to best friends who always there for each other and then to falling in love and finally getting married. It's a deeper and true love and that's why towards the end I was almost ready to give up KlaRoline just so they can have their happily after. I have already accepted they are end game and I am happy for both but the Stefan just have to die making their love story tragic.
Honestly the main reason I started shipping KlaRoline was because of the explosive chemistry they have. Candice and Joseph (the actors playing Caroline and Klaus) have so much sparks and chemistry. Just them being in one frame already made me already like them. For me that is how strong their chemistry is. Which is why even though I know that Caroline actually do not like Klaus and they have no relationship whatsoever I still ship them and hold on to hope that maybe someday they will fall in love and be end game.
But with SteRoline it's the opposite. I didn't ship them at first because Paul and Candice (actors playing Stefan and Caroline) only seem to have a friendly vibe and I don't feel much sparks or chemistry between them but I started liking them towards the end because I saw the genuine care and love Stefan and Caroline (the characters!!) have for each other. Yes I still don't feel much chemistry and sparks between them but I have learn to separate that and see them merely as the characters. And as the characters alone I believe they are perfect for each other.
You know what I realize?! If I was just merely reading this on a book with no actors to watch playing the characters, I probably would ship Stefan and Caroline too rather than Klaus and Caroline because they have a great love story. But since this was a series and there are actors we watch playing each characters the shipping get mess up because of the actors chemistry with each other. Like I ship Delena rather than Stelena because of Ian and Nina's chemistry. I ship KlaRoline because of Candice and Joseph chemistry etc. The actors chemistry and sparks w/ each other have great impact with who we ship them to.
I agree wid u i was also a klaroline shipper but then i realise that everything in love is not abt chemistry. If juli had to put klaus and caroline together what storyline would they have include. But in case of steroline they have an amazing storyline starting from season 2 i.e friendship
