1:50 if you get literally any mod that shows the saturation level like appleskin you can see it filling your whole saturation bar, because saturation doesn't need to last as an effect and rather it needs to last as the value. also just compare it to regular mushroom stew, mushroom stew gives you way less food level than the suspicious stew
