For me, eating breakfast is very hard to keeping. Although I wake up early, but I am quite lazy to prepare breakfast. Skipping breakfast is not a good way to begin a new day. If you skip breakfast, you can't concentrate on work or study, and it is also harmful for yourself 6:26

to have a productive day, i try go go to bed early in the night before. So i wake up early and do some exercises. It makes me enegized for all day ❤❤
I do morning-exercise for daily-habit, grain-oat mix nuts as my breakfast and a cup of black-coffee without sugar when I start to work.
