Hi, I'd like to clarify something (if anyone is still keeping an eye on this guide).
When reassembling the doser I ran into an issue: upon putting the washer on and screwing on the nut all the way (as instructed @ 2:20-2:26) the mechanism wouldn't turn, likely because it's too tight... even with the entirety of the gear soaked in grease.
Loosening up results in the spring clamp holding the nut in place instead of a proper turn.
Removing the washer did allow the assembly to function properly, but it causes the lever to wobble. Any tips?
Edit: using lithium-based grease instead of graphite produced better results, albeit a bit stiff still.

Hey there, hmm without looking it we would suggest getting a local engineer to look at it. If not then step back through the video and see if you’ve missed a step…
