Hi, I'm designing my house on a plot of 115 sq yard size in Dehradun. If you want to build a duplex having 3 bedrooms, I don't think the total built-up area will go above 1600 sq feet. In 1800 INR per sq feet, you get amazing quality of work. So under 30 lacs budget, you will get an amazing house.
Amount, it including furniture, lights etc. Or only construction.

My honest review..
Only the living area gives me d royal feel..
Master bedroom's bathroom was not connected with a wardrobe area.. room's length could have been less, it would be ok. But bathroom was not fit with master bedroom.
Rest two bedrooms were two simple.. living area wala feel bedrooms me mar gya.
Baki muje ye ab tk ka best design lga.. jb main ghar banwaunga to thode se or improvements k sath isi design ko follow krunga. Thanx for your hardwork anshul brother.
