Josh has always had a great work ethic, and with so much turnover, he realizes a lot of the burden to build relationships has to fall on him. But given the leader that he's proven himself to be, the guys around him -- especially the new players -- know the one solid rock on which the team is built is Josh. As a veteran, he doesn't have to be at OTAs, but come on, he wouldn't be Josh if he weren't. The big question for Bills Mafia is whether the team can still win the division with this amount of turnover.
Hopefully, if Josh ever has a situation again like when Diggs was screaming at him on the sidelines, he shuts that player down fast. Could you imagine a receiver screaming at Brady or Mahomes like that?
