These are about as high quality speakers I’ve ever owned. The metal cabinets are heavy duty, the woofers, wall brackets and the finish are top notch.
My only complaints are the grills, which I prefer to leave off, and the exposed wiring for the tweeters. The exposed wiring is pretty cool and industrial looking but I don’t like having to dust around them:/
    Very well done Vienna Acoustics!
    Sound - 8.5
Just killer details and mid-range! These speakers sound just beautiful at low volumes and the just as beautiful when pushed with clean power.
I would describe the sound as a little more subdued than some of the Klipsch and Definitive Technology speakers I’ve owned but not in a good or bad way, just a different sound from those brands. More in line with some of the B&W speakers I’ve owned in the past, if I had to guess.
    MSRP Rating - 7.5
There’s no doubt about it, these aren’t cheap by any means but their quality and sound is on the same level as the price tag.
    Aesthetics - 9.5
Simply beautiful speakers and would be right at home in a modern living room or modern themed theater.
Just beautiful design, especially in the silver finish.
    Price Paid - 8.5
Anytime I can grab speakers on the used market, under 50% of retail, I know did very well. These 3 speakers with the stand and wall brackets for $600 is just a fantastic deal.
I think this is one of those brands that goes under many folks radars, which helped me score this deal.
Not my best score ever but still very, very good!

    Final thoughts -
For those of us that don’t have dedicated theaters and where looks are important, this set would be hard to beat. Just like the other Schonberg Vienna lineup.
Not only are they beautiful looking, they back their looks up with outstanding sound.
It will be sad seeing these go, just like the other Vienna Speakers I have let go of, in the past.
    The channel must go on!

There are some decent right angled banana plugs available on Amazon. I use them to clean up the wiring on the back of my receiver. They'd probably work great with these speakers.

Do you mind explaining the difference between the Polk Studio Monitor II’s and the Polk T50 T15 and T30 set.
Trying to decide between which set to get.
I’m going to be installing Polk VT60 in ceiling as Atmos speakers.

Great review! Curious what you are considering as replacements for the klipsch THX? I've been doing a lot of research for my theater build and I'm roen between the klipsch and the SPA MTM speakers...

    Hey Dustin,
Big fan dude, love your vids & content - I was just curious how you were getting on with your new Lex?
You shared your initial experience approx a month ago? I'm not sure if you're still using the Lex or whether you've traded? Knowing how quickly you sometimes, on the rare occasion sell and or trade! (sarcasm) Would love to know your overall impressions, having lived with the Lexicon for a while now what your feedback is...
    Kindest Regards.
Also any questions only too happy to help if I can - I'm very familiar with Lexicon & JBL Synthesis tech, having personally owned Lexicon/Synthesis processors since my first THX pre/pro in 1993 the multi international award winning Lexicon THX CP3-Plus.
The Lexicon THX CP3-Plus was regarded as world class digital technology and at the time the finest pre amp digital processor of its kind for home theatre, everybody into home theatre dreamed of one day owning this processor. This particular Lexicon THX CP3-Plus processor changed home theatre when it was first launched nearly 30 years ago!
Dolby Digital, not Dolby True-HD just Dolby Digital was 2 years away from being available for the home and DTS not DTS-HD or DTS losslesss just plain DTS 5.1 Digital was 4 years from being available for playback at home. Forget Dolby Atmos or DTS-X that was an absolute minimum of 30 years from even being invented! Kinda puts this processor with its 20bit dacs into perspective with what at the time was regarded as state of the art and how far Lexicon has come when we look forward and admire the history that these earlier Lexicon/JBL Synthesis processor's shaped and made possible the new statement as we evolve & push the new with what's currently only very recently been possible the JBL Lexicon Synthesis-75 processor.

Hello. It has been a few months but your review seems to be the only recent one that talks about webern speakers. I recently got a used version of this set as well as the power conditioner integrated controller as well as a furman power supply as well as a sherbourn amp but with no cables or manuals. I took a look at one of your beginner videos but it seems my setup will be more complicated. Is there any way you think you can help or refer me to any place where I can get help? Thanks so much in advance.

Sounds like your scored some awesome equipment! I’m a big Vienna Acoustics fan, along with Sherborn and Furman.
Unfortunately, there are so many moving parts here, that I really can’t help you get everything setup.
I would start with a modern receiver, with pre-outs, and then follow the manual for setup. There’s many factors, when setting up a great setup like that but if you spend time dialing it all in, you’ll be greatly rewarded.
Please let me know how it all works out, I genuinely want you to get that gear all sorted.
Thanks for stopping by, my friend!
