Got a little easier after repeatedly watching and doing step by step
The instructions say don't need skill to put together - can confirm I'm man with zero skill. Done and nice look. Good display for my T-Rex.
Bought 5 Regular steps last year...It's very sturdy with a strong built... But very difficult to assemble and dismantle it ... Could have been little easier... Time consuming also... Now doing it for the second year...
Those assembling ikea furniture , find this easy .

Have used the iron stand for close to 20 years and it is no way easy. You need help there also. Need to keep the nuts and bolts safe. It looses its shape with every pull and push. The holes in the tubes could deceive you and it occupies space. You need strong hands there to fix the nuts ...🙃 . You definitely need help
This model is very flexi..you can make it to your needs...if you once invest in a large one. Agree, it is not easy....but far far better than the iron one. Elegant, light and honestly an intelligent one.
Get it fixed atleast 3-4 days before the Navratri starts instead of waiting till the last day. The last 4 years have been reasonably hassle free with this.
The other option is to get a collapsible done with the help.of a welder. Like the folding cloth stand. But storing that would require a lot of space.
Have given that a shot too...was space consuming..
Try a combination of iron plus wood...a friend has got it customized through her carpenter. Lovely it is. May cost a bomb but would be a good investment.

Took nearly one hour to finish,with the support of my spouse.
Very difficult to assemble and dismantle.
Literally kept this in thrash as could not remove after assembled.
It is easy to fix but how to dismantle this golu padi easily ,can we get some demo for dismantle of golu padi
Refer the manual... it shows how to use the ejector key
We bought seven triple steps, every time it is better horrible to fix it, we need some help and dismantle also very difficult if we do one mistake also, we have to remove the object so many with keys, it is very hectic. I won't recommend this product to others, For elderly people it's very difficult, but after assembled looks wise it's better.
just bought this padi 2 week back.- (singapore). it has both pros and cons but the cons weighs heavier. we were able to fix it. it is a strong stable padi. but disassembling the padi is a PAIN! palm and fingers are swollen! the ejector key is not effective. PLEASE have a dissembling video. we might be doing it wrongly thus such difficulty.
When you dismantle the please look for the groove side or the clip side. Insert the ejection key into the groove and with a slight press..the pipe will eject from the joint.

I feel fixing the padi is a real headache...disassembling is quite easy...ejector key breaks easily...I have only one left...I keep calling them to provide me a spare one they refused...
I have been a fan Giri as i have been buying books ( Sundarakandam, Sloka books) from them so bought this golu steps.

Yes, your palm is gone while assembling. Every time you need to watch this video to assemble it.
@@sowmya5869 true. These PPL in the name of new products honestly complicates lives of ppl. I feel they may not use this product at their place.
If you follow the instructions as per the tutorial video, it is easy to fix it... request you to kindly follow the instructions.
This is without doubt one of the very worst product ever. DO NOT BUY
Am from Singapore.having nightmare to fix it.regret buying .worst i bought 2.the ejector key sucks
Request you to follow the assembly procedure. If you do not follow the assembly procedure you will not be able to assemble the padi
I bought the 5 kolu padi product in Singapore recently and one of the parts - 6 way joint are missing (2nos). Now I am not able to contact seller, let me know whom should we contact if any parts required ?
The difficulty is while removing. The tool is not good and the locking clips are not well designed. They could have tried a screw fit or taper fit with lock like in Japanese products. Concept is fine but design is not user friendly
My honest two cents : The instructions in the video is easier, so start assembling looking at the video and then move to manual book instructions which then becomes relatable. That being said, The munual has crisp instructions too. Save it since it shows you how to use the ejector key to disassemble the golu padi.
It took an hour to assemble the steps on my own and it was not difficult and can be easily done with some common sense. I tried using the ejector key to remove one of the fixtures and it was fairly easy .... but not easy to remove the entire structure. I got blisters in my hands after 2 long hrs of individually ripping it down.
Tools required : manual instructions, hammer, the ejector key which comes with the set.
Appreciate Giri trading to have labeled each fixture correctly but putting this whole structure together and taking it down is a pain.

Dismantle is too difficult better go for some other product
Assembling the Golu steps was vert very tough. It's not at all easy simple as shown in the video it told to customers at Giri stores. I will NOT recommend buying this type of Golu steps
Very confusing
The instructions in the manual and videos don’t match. This product cannot be self assembled. Pls don’t buy. Giri, stop manufacturing and selling this product. This is only fleecing customers
Can someone tell me whom to contact for customer service ? I sincerely request the viewers not to buy the gollu padi. Bought this 3 weeks ago and arranging this is the worst pain. They are horrible in helping the customers. They demand 650 RS to assemble. Even after we say we will pay they are not sending anyone to assemble it. Whom should we contact to get our job done ?
