These bikes will grow on you. Love mine. Just put a windshield on, now trying to sort out the buffering. I will prevail! Beautiful engine for back roads.
Until 2020, I had a (EU-labelled) VL800 / C800 K9 and yes, it is a great bike for cruising in the mountains - Austrian and Slovenian Alps were my regular destinations. This year I got back to riding with a 2003 Volusia and the same feeling of greatness of this bike and my fondness of it is there again. Ride hard & ride safe 🙂
I own a 2009 Boulevard...it's called a Boulevard for a reason, and not a Highway or Interstate. It owns the rural roads going 65 mph and less and such. But has issues at higher speeds. Vibration and buffetting... I can attest. But I love this machine, and will never give it up or sell it. A real keeper.
@@YourLocalFireAlarmTech I am going to look into replacing my clutch plates. Got 30K on the originals. It feels like it slips at high revs in 4th and 5th...I bought this bike used this last spring.
Just liked and subscribed! Getting one of these in about 2 weeks!! A 06' c50 with 20k miles for 1800. Needs the front fork seals done but i can't beat that around here.
nice vids bro. I am looking at upgrading from an 09 S40 to this C50. So your videos really help me get the feel of the bike. only one thing, the camera needs to be just a touch more up the road. maybe its me. 👍
Yeah that’s a nice upgrade, I really like this bike. Mid size , not too big not too small. Nice cruiser, also thanks for the that. I noticed that when I Filmed this , I fixed it already ✌🏼
I was getting the exact same sound on my Bully so I put it on a lift and spun the wheels. As it turned out, my front wheel bearing was worn down and making that noise above 60km/h.
@@sick370zvlogs oh I'd take some rain anyday. We have 5 months of undriveable weather due to constant ice and snow on the road :( just want the MF roads to clear up
Nice bike brother sounds amazing !!! I've got a 2006 looking to upgrade exaust what kinda exausht you running and did you have to tune after you installed it..
Just FYI, Delcevic have a range of exhausts for the c50 with 02 sensor plugs. Not sure if your model needs them and they are an Australian company I think. Anyway, might be worth a look. And they have removable baffles so can be a touch quieter if needed. Cheers.

I have a 2019 C50, love riding in the Idaho mountains. Sweet ride, smooth, comfortable, plenty of power for a 5 apeed.
How’s the weather out there ?
One thing about the C50 that doesn't get mentioned, it's a low heat bike.

Harleys aren't any better
My Boulevard C50 has a hard time doing 80 plus, but when it can, I have no issues with vibration

Right on man!
Nice!
I have the same bike but mine is an 06. A good all around middleweight.
Yeah it’s perfect
Thanks for sharing the ride! what is the squeaking noise at 6:33? I have heard that on a boulevard before but never figured out what it was.
No , it’s the wind on my go pro . I’ve heard it before on other videos but never in person
Might be able to catch it on some other of my videos

Nice bike
Thank you!
Beautiful bike !!! Sounds amazing!!
My is the same but black.
Any clue about rear crash bar.
I can found the front engine crash bars but not the rear.
Thank you! And nice man! I want a black one & no to be honest. I can’t find any either
I have an 06 Ct50. It's a really good bike, my favorite for those rides in the countryside, and able to run with the bigger bikes.
I'm actually two weeks away from getting an 06 ct50 with 20k miles. I absolutely can't wait to be cruising everywhere!
Did U purchase it, howz the bike? In a month I'm about to buy 08' with 23000km on clock and mint condition.@@alecmachovoe5142
I can't wait to get my '16 C50 out in the spring 😭 it's currently winter in Canada
Yeah it’s raining here ! So I feel you

Sounds great , tossing up between this and the Vulcan 900 ?
Boulevard brother!! I love mine
Mine is an 09 by the way
I have an 06 Boulevard and have to put in my two cents. You don't ride a C50 Boulevard, it becomes part of you.
Definitely the C50. I have owned two and I love them.
Awesome 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

Is it carbureted or Fuel injected?
Fuel injected
does this show which gear its on?
No not this bike
Not my idea for a first ride
Can’t see bike: you used wrong camera. Wide angle lense. Exiting out
