Aoty was 156/silence for me. I had never heard of them before and only listened to the album because of the jarring cover and it blew me away. I have been so obsessed with that album and now I’m seeing them live in a couple weeks!

Boundaries was so good, that I immediately bought a ticket to a show after listening to their album (and them, in general) for the first time. It blew me away that much.

I agree with Boundaries - Death Is Little More! As a person who doesn't quite engage with lyrics all that much, Boundaries made me feel things, songs and lyrics were so well written and receive a sense of genuine emotional depth that not a lot of rock / metal bands have nowadays
For me, Boundaries put out an album that reflects the sentiment of the world in 2024. I felt angry, chaotic, emotional many times throughout this year and Death is a little more walked along side me. I’m very thankful for you and your channel this year, showing me so many different artists and albums! 🫡

My aoty 2024 was definitely Reliqa's debut album 'Secrets of the Future', didn't expected to be this surprised and to come back listening to it so often, they deserve so much more recognition. 2024 was an insane year for music
How to Disappear by Casey is my number 1, the whole album felt warm for me, like a hug. I feel very connected to the album honestly, sad to see it didn’t make you top 20 :(

It's actually phenomenal how our top albums match up this year! And it was also pretty hard for me to choose between Inertia, 156 and Boundaries for aoty. But eventually I was absorbed by DILM, it has killing lyrics, breakdowns and pace overall. Those featues gave it even more depth, especially with Marcus Vik. Makari is so slept on this year but this one is special and it instantly and for a long time hooked me; I defintitely recomend to give it a listen for ones who like more melodic, emotional stuff. Tbh I kinda miss this year, it makes me nostalgic, but also, happy, in way; eventually it was. 10. Livealie - Living in the Static (just listening to full and it instanlty breaks into my top 10, probably will go higher over time, complete banger) \ or Gravemind - Introsphere (hack, I'm really struggling now😅😅) 9. For me the number one album is a tie. Cane Hill and Knocked Loose has been my top favorite albums this year, cant choose between the two. But the list beneath that its massive, SO MANY RELEASES THIS YEAR. Its impossible to keep track of all of them.

I loved the album but I didnt listen to it nearly as much as the others. Thats just me though. Great video.
Boundaries was so good, that I immediately bought a ticket to a show after listening to their album (and them, in general) for the first time. It blew me away that much.

I turned a corner on Allt early this year, it took me a little, but once they hit, and my experience with the album, which was on par with the experience of a Tool album personally, it was sealed before it even came out tbh. It’s my perfect encapsulation of what makes metal so fun.

I agree with Boundaries - Death Is Little More! As a person who doesn't quite engage with lyrics all that much, Boundaries made me feel things, songs and lyrics were so well written and receive a sense of genuine emotional depth that not a lot of rock / metal bands have nowadays
For me, Boundaries put out an album that reflects the sentiment of the world in 2024. I felt angry, chaotic, emotional many times throughout this year and Death is a little more walked along side me. I’m very thankful for you and your channel this year, showing me so many different artists and albums! 🫡

My aoty 2024 was definitely Reliqa's debut album 'Secrets of the Future', didn't expected to be this surprised and to come back listening to it so often, they deserve so much more recognition. 2024 was an insane year for music
How to Disappear by Casey is my number 1, the whole album felt warm for me, like a hug. I feel very connected to the album honestly, sad to see it didn’t make you top 20 :(

Like Moths being in top 5 makes me so happy. It's honestly their best work to date.
It's actually phenomenal how our top albums match up this year! And it was also pretty hard for me to choose between Inertia, 156 and Boundaries for aoty. But eventually I was absorbed by DILM, it has killing lyrics, breakdowns and pace overall. Those featues gave it even more depth, especially with Marcus Vik.
Makari is so slept on this year but this one is special and it instantly and for a long time hooked me; I defintitely recomend to give it a listen for ones who like more melodic, emotional stuff.
Tbh I kinda miss this year, it makes me nostalgic, but also, happy, in way; eventually it was.

Definitely agree with Inertia and Boundaries being up so high! Maybe I missed it on discord or Patreon, but does anybody know if Bogdan skipped listening to the Alleviate album for some reason? I know he listened to one of the singles last year and liked it, so I figured he would listen to the album. It was definitely high on my list.

For me the number one album is a tie. Cane Hill and Knocked Loose has been my top favorite albums this year, cant choose between the two. But the list beneath that its massive, SO MANY RELEASES THIS YEAR. Its impossible to keep track of all of them.
