Why all the graffiti? I was saddened to see it, not only on buildings, but on the trains, and many plazas. I visited my birthplace and family for a month in September, 2018, and I couldn’t believe that the citizens and government don’t do something about it. I had asked my aunt about it and she said it’s just what youth do.
