Hi bro, thank you very much for your videos, they are very informative. I own a Pulsar 180, 2011 model .. I tried to tune my carburator, but what i see is the mixture screw is struck(looks like half part is broken too) .. authorised service centre told that they will try to drill and take out the screw, but if the threading is gone, they will have to replace carburator which is a costly affair.. please advice .. My bike starts vibrating too much at 4-5000 RPM .. the bike is under a lot of stress and vibrations when i ride at >4000 rpm in any gear .. i can share pic of my carburator but dont know how to attach picture here

bro ye normal hai sabhi bikes mein aisha jota hai ..... actually engine heat hone par friction kam ho jata hai jisase rpm badh jate hain thande hone par fir low ho jata hai...aap bike ko 5 se 10km chalane ke baad rpm ko 1400 par set kar do ....aur fir dobara usko kabhi mat set karna jab tak koi dikkat nahi aye
rpm middle fluctuate if ur bikes battery totally bad , rpm sensor problem or ur bikes rectifier problem ... cheak battery, sensor & rectifier , change if found faculty , one more solution ,purchase 25volt capacitor & join it to battery wires. but joind + & - wire correctly....
