My aircon only work at full speed if I turn the fan speed down it cuts off the aircon is that a normal thing or is there a way to have a low aricon speed or is just me ….

The fan speed is adjusted automatically. If it's still at high RPM after a few minutes, there's a problem.

I believe this is a C4 Grand Picasso pre 2013 model NOT a Grand C4 Picasso which 2103 on so not really relevant for later model
