Ingredients:👉
2 cup all purpose flour ( 300 g )
1 cup sugar ( 200 g )
1/2 cup semolina ( 80 g )
1/3 cup desi ghee ( 80 g )( 6-7 tbsp )
1/3 cup dessicated coconut ( 50 g )
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup milk ( 125 ml )
ghee for deep frying
MEASUREMENTS FOR 1 KG Dough:♥️
1 kg all purpose flour
700 g sugar
250 g semolina
250 g desi ghee
10 tbsp sesame seeds
150 g dessicated coconut
3 TSP cardamom powder
375 ml milk
ghee for deep frying
