Great video, I think my blender door is stuck too. It makes a noticable pop when I move the temperature dial and I am stuck with heater only at this point no matter if its nearly freezing or not even with the AC on. Question: So you didn't have to remove the actuator correct? I can just make the cut in the glove box and grab anything that is blocking the blend door?
