Ikr :D
2002 saw the rise of Xbox Live and Monster Energy. It was the best time to start being this kind of gamer.
Wow, I didn't know that you can still play this. Anyway, I remember playing CS 1.5 but on Windows XP in one of the computer clubs with friends as a kid. And man I got my butt destroyed back then, because outside of Sega Mega Drive, I didn't had anything else, so I was new to these games and had no idea how to play them. Cool memories.
Yep, you can actually still play 1.5 online. Ahhh, those were other times
@@ZnifferN Last time I played CS online was back in 2013 or so. But I played CS 1.6 and not 1.5. And after been attacked by cheaters I quit. I just had enough. And since then, even if I play any Counter-Strike, I will play it with bots.
How?@@ZnifferN
@@788uybjkhgghbjui9 download cs, apply some patch and play?
its been a while since i've last seen those cs 1.5 menu screens, like 20 years maybe a little more
i remember playing this version of cs in a cyber full of sweaty cs players around the same year i came out of kindergarten. there was a kid who tried teaching me how to play but i kept buying the m249. he also taught me how to run faster while holding a knife, very useful for real life.
Heheheh
the world after 2010 was an error
Good God, skipping school playing in PC clubs, late 90s early 00s those were the days!
Ouuuuf ... :/
ommmmg cs 1.5 finally released wow !!! can't wait to play this new game with updated graphics i hope my rtx 4090 will run it smoothly
good old days 😔
i had xp and 7 though im gen z
damn pinball and mahjong was fun
Perfect except needs to be in 4:3
Y Im srry, I like it in stretched
@@ZnifferN because back in the 90s people didn't play games or browse widescreen in fact it was illegal unless you were a scientists or computer doctor. 4:3 is more legitimate not stretch
@@ZnifferN don't apologize just fix please
I remember Christmas ‘04 opening gifts then logging on and playing this or Cod. So many good memories.
Good memories
This channel is a goldmine
Wow, thank you sir! :D
My older brother ran a CS server at our house. It was so much fun. Those were the days. I was 12 at the time.
Thats cool :D
It always feels weird seeing old cs videos with right handed weapons.
Seen this bring me back memories when I was a teenager playing counter strike 24/7 and half life
till this day I have the original games with the patches and updates save somewhere in USB drive wow good memories 👌👌👌
Valve intro is iconic, but the Sierra intro is the OG stuff.
Custom game, loading the mod, the CS menu sounds.. oh geez the memories
Yeah, I think most people have forgot the Sierra intro
Oh yeah. Awesome times. I played so much that years.
Where is my 7 yrs(((
Thx for this experience, that server music is best!
This takes me back to when I was 8=9 yrs old having LAN parties at my friends house with like 5,6 of us all gaming (his dad was a super nerd and had 6-7 computers)
Those were the days! Quake2 and barrysworld!
2003 and i was with my friends at a lan house playing this!! Amazing times!!
Napster, Irc, winamp, this is real wayback machine
Damn this is so freaking nostalgic
had a lot of fun watching that 1v1, the dialogue and the strats were interesting and revealed how each player was feeling lol
Hahahah it was frustrating and funny at the same time
Well done, mate. Big thanks for this video with mix nostalgia feelings. I can't forget these times when I was playing old Valve games since 2000s. Good times!
Thank you
I like how this video is just non stop nostalgia, the soundtrack is some guys mp3 list from limewire and everything
Thank you
See, I wish it was easier to set up 1v1 like this; I feel like it’s so much more fun compared to a 20 person free for all. Thank you for the nostalgia trip!
CS1.5 was my first counter-strike and the best in my opinion.
I was born in 2002 so i wasn't able to experience internet at that time, i've started using computers, playing cs and other stuff some time before windows vista was out. But i can imagine the sheer nostalgia it gives some people, hell, even on myself. I don't know, but simply looking at websites with that old simplistic aesthetic gives me just an ounce of nostalgia. Thanks for your nice video!
I'm glad the video gave you nostalgia even if you didn't experience it :)
Same bro was born on 2002 too but thanks to my big bro that always play this old goldsrc games and till now still bring me alot memories especially half life still playing till now
UA-cam keeps recommending channels to me with not many subs and random videos but this is EPIC. Subbed!
bro create time machine for us, very nostalgic. i missed my childhood memories

@@ZnifferN insignia has the entire service back up and running and the games list is growing
The good old Omega Hook days
CS 1.5 is the reason why I a̴m̴ was a gamer , I'm 30 and I played CS for the first time in a cibercafe when I was 7, the hype was UNREAL. At 12 I started to play online 1.6 and I was in a couple of communities, never cheated and my skills were insane. When I was getting older I learned to KZ properly because I used to only bhop/duck with mousewheel so I wanted to learn something new and fun, shooting people was getting boring lol.
Everynow and then I enter some Arena 1v1s to see if I still got it and in the end.....I still got it ;).
That also make me realize how I wasted my time on the game btw. Because at the end....it was just a game :'c
Gamespy... shit man, this brings memories.
I remember this pretty well. I was good in this game but now… to high lag between my head and hand :)
thanks for bring me back a bit to the good old days
np
Good memories flashback :') sitting in a gaming cafe and enjoying bubble tea. Frags and trash talk with the homies!

I played aim_aztec like crazy.
I want to cry! Why time flies so fast?
Haven't heard that log on sound in decades
UA-cam recommended ❤
I think i'm criying.. because i lived to this.. i know i sound like a boomer.. but maaaan.. is amazing this era was fenomenal
That Axel F remix as the win music is crazy
I ready to watch it even only for these music!
Looks hella like 1.6 ill play it tomorow for sure, childhood wibes
So many times back in the day staring at that "initializing and downloading" text while loading lol...
